Employers must post genuine job openings only. Job posts must comply with applicable Indian labour laws. Discriminatory job postings are prohibited. Employer accounts require admin approval before posting.
Job post credit purchases are non-refundable once used. All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
You may not: post false or misleading information; spam or harass other users; use the platform for illegal purposes; scrape or copy data without permission.
AK Naukri Portal is a platform connecting employers and candidates. We are not responsible for the accuracy of job listings, the conduct of users, or employment outcomes.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
